How do I make sure my photos are down from the cloud? They will delete in One day!

Please give me detailed instructions how to make sure that my photos are downloaded from the cloud? They are scheduled to delete tomorrow!

When I try to select and download they go to my download folder and I don't want 27,000 images going there I want them to go to my PHOTOS!

Try going to System Preferences/iCloud and turn on Photos syncing. Also go to Photos/Preferences/iCloud and make sure syncing it turned on there.
